1. Store credit only on returns- No cash, credit or debit card refunds. 

2. No returns or exchanges on books, opened items, or clearance merchandise. 

3. No returns without a receipt. 

4. Not returns accepted after 15 days. 

5. No guarantee on lamination work.

6. $5.00 minimum on all check, debit and credit card transactions.

7. $20.00 charge on returned checks. 

8. No returns or exchanges on purchase orders. 

9. Punch cards must be present at time of purchase. 

10. Punch card not punched with purchase orders.
